Instructions

Participants may choose to sit with a single key, allowing its frequency to gently entrain the body and awareness, or explore the full series as a progression. When listening to the Transmission, you may choose to keep it near you or place your left hand on top of the image while sitting with your eyes closed.


When listening to the replay as many times as you desire, you may wish to try gazing at the full series one by one, or choose the image that resonates most in the moment. Over time, many find that these images become powerful companions for reflection, energetic recalibration, and expanded perception.


These seven Living Light Keys are available as downloadable images below. Please print and have them with you when attending the Live performance of the Transmission, or when listening to the replay if you are unable to attend Live.
